Quality Director
This position works 40 hrs per week. Monday – Friday. Duties include Risk Management, Case Management and Performance Improvement. Must have Bachelor of Science in Nursing or health care related field, licensed in the State of Illinois, five years experience in utilization review and risk management in an acute care facility, experience in process improvement and JCAHO survey process, ten years experience in providing patient care and public speaking experience helpful.

Part time Clinic Receptionist
Part time position available, working approx. 24 hours per week each. Will primarily rotate between Midwest Family Medical Care and Women & Family Medical Group, occasionally work at the Bowen or Nauvoo Clinic as needed. Must have good computer skills, be able to multi-task. Multi-line phone system and medical office experience preferred.

Patient Access Coordinator
Registers and verifies patient registration information, precertify and confirm patient insurance information. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be High School graduate and have excellent computer skills.
