LABOR AND DELIVERY RN
The Obstetrical Registered Nurse is a clinical practitioner who assesses, coordinates, implements, and evaluates patient care specific to female patients age menarche to menopause in the ante partum period, labor, delivery, post partum, and to newborn infants. He/she ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the unit and organization; remains flexible to changing systems; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats the staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect, acting as a patient advocate at all times.

36 hours per week and every other weekend.

RN MED/SURG
The Registered Nurse is a clinical practitioner who assesses, coordinates, implements and evaluates patient care specific to the age of the patient population served from newborn to the elderly. He/she ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with the unit’s standards of care. He/she demonstrated performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the unit and organization; remains flexible to changing system; is expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect. Acts as a patient advocate at all times.

CNA/UNIVERSAL WORKER-MAPLE GROVE MEMORY CARE
The Certified Nurse Assistant is responsible for providing personal care to the residents. Personal care includes assistance with meals, dressing, movement, and bathing. The CNA follows established facility policies and procedures while providing care and coordinates resident care with other facility personnel and families.

Education and Qualification:
CNA certification with experience in long term care and dementia preferred
Also food handling training certificate required (can be obtained during first 6 months of employment)
High School Diploma
Experience with cooking desired

Days of work and shifts will vary - Weekend work as well.

Phlebotomist
Collects blood from donors, checks quality of specimen and assumes responsibility for the safety and comfort of donors following established standards and practices.
High School Graduate or equivalent and be a Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program.
Flexible schedule. Works every 3rd Saturday from 6 to 2:30. May have a 6:30, 7:00, or 9:00 start during the week. Employees switch off - not a set schedule. Position is full time.

Inpatient Unit Secretary
The unit Secretary assists the nursing staff of the Medical/Surgical department by performing clerical duties within the nursing unit, maintains accuracy of the medical record, assists visitors, family, physicians, and hospital personnel as needed, and communicates effectively with a wide range of age groups from the very young to the elderly and socio-economic backgrounds.

High School Graduate or equivalent. Medical Assistant, LPN, or work equivalent.

This job is part-time working 1 day per week and every other weekend.

Patient Account Representative
Responsible for processing claims of all third party payers and private pay patients, both inpatient and outpatient. Handles correspondence to and from insurance companies regarding submitted claims. Makes appropriate contacts, by telephone or correspondence, with patients or insureds regarding needed information to accurately bill patient's claim. Prepares vouchers from Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare (Champus) for posting to patient accounts. Must be available to the public, walk-ins and telephone calls, for any inquiries.

Job Specifications:
1. High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Must be able to work well with persons of all ages and nationalities.
3. Good human relations, written and oral communication skills.
4. Previous Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial insurance billing experience preferred.
5. Mathematical, typing (30 wpm or better preferred) and/or computer entry skills.
6. Ability to use a 10-key calculator, typewriter, copy machine and accurately perform filing functions.
7. Medical terminology helpful.

Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00.
