Midwest Family Medical Care was established in 2001, after the death of long time Carthage physician, Dr. James E. Coeur. After purchasing the clinic, Memorial Hospital remodeled and changed the name from Horizons Medical Group to Midwest Family Medical Care. The clinic is staffed with two physicians and two certified physician's assistants to offer complete family medical and surgical care for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. The employees are dedicated to teamwork and patient satisfaction. Everyone at Midwest Family Medical Care wants and appreciates the opportunity to provide comprehensive family health care.
