Upon arrival, you may have someone drop you off at the front door or you may choose to park in the lot directly facing the main entrance. You will be warmly greeted by a volunteer at the Welcome Desk! |

To expedite the registration process, please fill in the “Pre-Registration
Information” on-line by clicking HERE.
Also, be sure to bring any paperwork provided by your physician.
You will be
directed to the Patient Registration area. Here, your pre-registration information
will be reviewed and confirmed. Our friendly staff will discuss your stay
in one of our comfortable, private registration rooms. |

3.
If there is a wait, we will work hard to make sure it is as short as possible.
We invite you to relax and watch television. Or you may browse through educational
material or a magazine. Memorial Hospital also offers wireless Internet access
if you have brought a wireless laptop computer. |

4.
If you are accompanied by a friend or family member, they may want to consider stopping by our cafeteria or gift shop. Snacks and beverages are always available in the cafeteria, where you will also find the serving hours for meal times. These areas might be particularly inviting if a friend is waiting for you during an outpatient procedure. |
