| Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce the opening of Evergreen Center Behavioral Healthcare for seniors. The program is for persons age 45 yr. and older who are struggling with an emotional disorder such as depression, life adjustment disorder, anxiety disorder or other debilitating emotional problem. | |

The program is staffed by a Medical Director, Program Director, Licensed Therapists and Patient Care Coordinator. Initial assessments are free and can be done off site as well as within the agency. The program is based on group participation. Groups meet daily from 9:30-11:30 a.m.. Each participant‘s plan for treatment is individualized according to the identified problem area. Transportation is provided as needed with in the local geographical area. |
