| Memorial Hospital Pharmacy has a state of the art clean room in which all IV and chemotherapeutic agents are compounded. The pharmacy is a unit-dose system. Pharmacy spends much time on the floor checking Medication Administration Records (MAR's) for accuracy in the dispensing of the medications. |
