| A Social Service professional is available to assist patients and family members with psychological counseling, physical rehabilitation, and long term nursing care assessments. Our Social Service program is developed and directed by a qualified Social Worker who works with families and establishes plans for the patients return home, coordinating services and making referrals for home health such as: |
